3.1. Our Content
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website (excluding User Submissions) are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use this content without our prior written permission.
3.2. Your Submissions
In accordance with the laws of India, you retain full ownership of the intellectual property in your Submissions. By providing a Submission, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, review, analyze, display and share your Submission on our website, internally in our organisation and with trusted third parties (for the sole purpose of evaluation). This includes but is not limited to sharing the Submission with our internal review panel, external auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and potential partners who may be bound by obligations of confidentiality. This license does not grant us the right to commercially exploit your Submission without your further consent.
3.3. Independent Development
We may independently develop, or receive from third parties, ideas or concepts similar to your Submission. Nothing in these Terms restricts our right to pursue such independent developments.
3.4. Future Agreements
These Terms govern your use of the Website and the process of making a Submission. Should we find a Submission to be of interest for potential funding, collaboration, joint development, or any other business arrangement, such an engagement will not be governed by these Terms. Any further relationship will be subject to the terms and conditions contained in a separate, definitive written agreement to be negotiated and executed between you and us.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Continue, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Website or the information, content, or materials included on it. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Continue and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and any taxes, penalties and interest) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
6. No Warranty on Submission
All Submissions are made by users on a voluntary basis and are their sole responsibility. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy, safety, or legality of any Submission. Submissions may contain research ideas, hypotheses, or content relating to health, wellness, or medical fields. Such content is provided 'as is' without any representation or warranty, and is not intended as medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, health hazard, or adverse outcome resulting from your reliance on or use of any Submission made available through the Website.
